Sony Exmor

Exmor texnologiyaning nomi Sony ularning ba'zilarida amalga oshirildi CMOS tasvir sensorlari. U chip ustida ishlaydi analog / raqamli signal konvertatsiyasi va ikki bosqichli shovqinni kamaytirish CMOS sensorining har bir ustunida parallel ravishda.

Exmor R a orqa yoritilgan Sony-ning CMOS tasvir sensori versiyasi.[1] Exmor R Sony tomonidan 2008 yil 11-iyunda e'lon qilingan va dunyodagi birinchi orqa yoritilgan sensor texnologiyasini ommaviy ishlab chiqarish bo'lgan.[2] Sony Exmor R oddiy old yoritilgan datchikdan taxminan ikki baravar sezgir deb da'vo qilmoqda.

Bu faol piksel sensori Sony-ning bir nechta uyali telefonlari va kameralarida ham mavjud Olmalar iPhone 4s va 5.[3][4] Dastlab Exmor R kichikroq sensorlar bilan cheklangan edi videokameralar, ixcham kameralar va mobil telefonlar, lekin Sony ILCE-7RM2 2015 yil 10 iyunda taqdim etilgan to'liq kadrli kamera Exmor R sensoriga ham ega.

Exmor RS dunyodagi birinchi yig'ilgan CMOS tasvir sensori bo'lib, Sony tomonidan 2012 yil 20 avgustda e'lon qilingan.[5] Keyinchalik, Sony qo'shilgan birinchi 3-qatlamli stacked CMOS sensorini e'lon qildi DRAM o'rtada hujayra qatori.[6]

2015 yil oktyabr oyida, Sony Semiconductor Solutions CMOS tasvir sensori biznesini kuchaytirish va yarimo'tkazgich bilan bog'liq biznes operatsiyalarini birlashtirish uchun to'liq egalik qiluvchi kompaniya sifatida tashkil etilgan. Sony Group. Birlashtirilgandan so'ng barcha Exmor sensorlari kompaniya tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va ishlab chiqarilgan.[7]

2020 yil 14-may kuni Aqlli ko'rish sensori kirish so'zi bilan e'lon qilindi: "dunyodagi birinchi tasvir sensori bilan jihozlangan A.I. ishlov berish funktsiyasi ". Yangi sensor avvalgi Exmor RS datchiklaridan an bilan ajralib turadi AI protsessori va real vaqtda tasvirni tahlil qilish va darhol chiqarib olish uchun qatlamli mantiqiy qatlamga kiritilgan AI modellarini saqlaydigan xotira metadata xom tasvirdan. Chiqarishda faqat model raqamlari aniqlandi va sensorning boshqa nomga ega ekanligi tasdiqlanmadi.[8]
